This is so true! The advice that I would give my youngest self, and this is having in mind I’m 17 years old 💁, is stop neglecting the things I like just because others don’t find it attractive, and the other way around stop acting like I like something just because everyone likes it.
One of the most common advice people give is “don’t care about what people think of you” and they make it sound so easy, the truth is even they aren’t following this advice. Not caring what people think isn’t just screaming in public to show off that you don’t care. It goes deeper than that 😬.
See, not caring is; in every little decision that you take, having the clear awareness that you are taking that decision because YOU think is the correct one. So, in other words screaming in public just to let others think that you “don’t care” what people think, actually shows that you are doing an action expecting from people to think “you don’t care” which means that in reality you are trying to validate what you think about yourself with the opinion of others 👀.
Be honest with yourself, do you really don’t care what people think? Don’t feel attacked by this question, use it to increase your awareness and improve upon it! A little bit complex, haha 😅.

EXERCISE 1⚡️: Barbell Squats— 3 sets + 6-8 reps, worked up to a heavy single today then had 3 back off sets
EXERCISE 2⚡️: SS Bulgarian Split Squats— 4 sets + 8-12 reps each side + DropSet last set
EXERCISE 3⚡️: DB Heel Elevated Squats— 4 sets + 12 reps + DropSet last set
EXERCISE 4⚡️: Leg Extensions— 4 sets + 12 reps
EXERCISE 5⚡️: Single Leg Curl—4 sets + 12-15 reps each side
EXERCISE 6⚡️: Calf Raises— 2 sets + 20 reps
*WHEN IN DOUBT, use the leg extension for single leg curls lol
QUICK WORKOUT TIP⬇️:
Prioritize your heavy compound lift(s) for the day and really focus on progressing on them week by week. Bring the intensity every workout (obviously don’t always go for a 1RM) but build upon your previous weeks lift!!
