Oh boy!!! Sam and I have been working on something that we’re so excited about for the better part of a year now, and today, I get to finally tell you all about it!! Sound the foghorn!!! (Womp womp womp waaahh! <— my best phonetic attempt at a foghorn.)
Without further ado, I’m over the moon excited to announce to you our new Limited Edition Fine Art adventure! For many, many years, I have been getting inquiries from kind and enthusiastic art collectors across the nation to see if I sold any of my work as fine art prints. The answer to that question was always a deeply regrettable ‘so sorry, no’ up until this very moment, right here, where I get to change all that and share Dog Breath Photography’s newest initiative - 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭! Gahh!
What is The Less Adoptable Project, you might ask? Well, in short, it’s an initiative to turn the spotlight onto and directly support those sweet souls who have been left behind at the shelter for far, far too long. Less Adoptable dogs might fit into some of these familiarly overlooked categories: Black Dogs, Elderly Dogs, Bully Breeds, Disabled Dogs, etc. In this chapter of this rollercoaster of an adventure that I’ve been on with Dog Breath Photography, my biggest goal is to use these two small hands to do as much good as they humbly can, for the dogs who need us most. It’s the type of fire that’s burned brightest inside me all these years and so it is the inspiration for 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭. We are teaming up with the MSPCA to donate $500 from each fine art piece’s sale directly to an individual, specific shelter dog of the collector’s choice whose waited the longest behind the bars of their cage for someone to come and change their fate forever. Limited Edition, Fine Art Acrylic art pieces will be signed and numbered by yours truly - the original photographer - and come with a certificate of authenticity.
Have a peek at my IG stories today to hear a bit more about it and then visit the link in my bio to see this showstopper of an art piece featuring Bobby in rainy, fairytale Bruges, Belgium that will melt your socks right off your feet!
